Chair

I have been fortunate to have served in various leadership roles within the Wake County Democratic Party. I serve as Precinct 05-05 Chair and am a member of the Raleigh Human Relations Commission. Over the past five years, I have held treasurer positions for the Wake County Democratic Party, the Democratic Women of WC., and the WC African-American Caucus. I also managed international internal and external audit teams for a large corporation.

Angela Bridgman

FIRST VICE CHAIR

Precinct Chair WCDP Precinct 10-02 since 2018.  Chair, Trans Caucus since 2021.  Vice President East Wake Democrats Auxiliary since 2019.  SEC since 2019.  Candidate NC Senate 2020.  Platform and Resolutions 2018-2023 recently appointed to State Legislative Policy Committee.

Henry Jarrett

Second Vice Chair

Henry Jarrett has been active is a life long resident of  Wake County and has been active in the Wake County Democratic Party since he was a teenager. Currently he serves as 2nd Vice Chair of the 2nd Congressional District and is also chair of Wake precinct 01-11 and North Hills Area Coordinator and President of the Wake Democratic Men's Club and Progressive Democrats of Wake County.

I have been involved with politics since 2016. Having worked on state level elections as well as congressional and presidential campaigns I have learned how to craft a story and message. I hope to be able to take those skills and use them to the benefit of CD2 and by extension the state as a whole. I look forward to being able to share with the citizens of CD2 the work we are doing and opportunities to get involved.

Angela Hall

SECRETARY

Angela Hall is a life-long NC Resident and Democrat. Her political volunteering began with canvassing for President Barack Obama in the 2009 campaign and as her kids have transitioned to adults, she has been able to add other volunteering time to the plate. Angela leads a team of consultants providing State Governments with analytic solutions to protect & improve the lives of citizens. She has served in other volunteer organizations, including as the American Society of Quality Raleigh Section Chair Elect & Chair from 2006-2009.

Chinmoyee Deshpande

Chinmoyee Deshpande is the executive chair, AAPI and Treasurer for NC CD2. She  also serves as the treasurer of the  Democratic Women of Wake County. Professionally she is a Cognitive Digital Strategy - Business/Technology Leader specializing in emerging technologies like, Digital transformation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), IoT etc.  She has volunteered her skills and knowledge for several campaigns. During her stay in California, she had the opportunity to work for Hilary, Congressman Ro Khanna’s campaign and for Proposition K. Since moving back to North Carolina in 2016 Chinmoyee has been very engaged with Asian American and Pacific Islanders (AAPI) caucus and North Carolina Democratic party.
