Why are we having new conventions now?
The NCDP Executive Council voted on July 8th, 2024, in accordance with section 4.06 of the Plan of Organization. The NCDP Executive Council voted for complete reorganization, so the party is organized ahead of election day. The 2024 Summer State Executive Committee members voted affirmatively for a PoRC recommendation that provides the framework for reorganization.
