You must include the following information required by law:
Name, Address, Current Occupation and Employer.
All Donations must be from individuals who are:
At least 18 years of age
Made from personal funds and not funds being provided by another person or entity for the purposes of making this contribution
U.S. citizens or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
