These vacancies were created when new district lines for the 2nd Congressional District took effect on 1/1/2020.
WHO: If you are a President of a State Approved Party Affiliated Organization, please provide a representative for your organization who resides in the new 2nd Congressional District. Representatives chosen by their State Approved Party Affiliated Organization who reside in the new 2nd Congressional District are valid voting members. All registered Democrats are welcome to observe.
